We are pleased to announce that in June 2020 our principal attorney, Jessica Youngs, was admitted to the bar of New York as an officer of the courts! We look forward to expanding our practice offerings to our current and new clients in the state.
The swearing in was a uniquely 2020 occurrence with all admitees taking their oaths of office via a live-streamed YouTube event conducted by the Third Appellate Division. The event was presided over by Presiding Justice Elizabeth Gary, and the Honorable Michael C. Lynch administered the oath of office.
In addition to New York, Ms. Youngs is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Georgia, and the District of Columbia. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the legal sector to her general counsel clients in the eCommerce/product development and sales, software/technology, and staffing industries.
